Airfield Operations Manager
We are seeking a confident and capable operational leader to step into the Airfield Operations Manager (AOM) role.
Reporting to the Safety & Operations Manager, this position plays a critical leadership role across airfield safety, rescue fire services, regulatory compliance and operational coordination. Leading a team of nine comprising a Rescue Fire Team Leader and Rescue Fire Officers, you will ensure the airfield environment operates safely, efficiently and in full alignment with Civil Aviation Authority and other regulatory requirements.

This key role involves
- Welcoming passengers, visitors, and customers to the airport terminal.
- Providing information and answering questions about the airport’s services and facilities.
Operating 7 days per week, this will be a rostered 2-hour shift, twice a week.
You will get free airport parking whilst on your shift and be able to participate in our OneTeam social calendar of events.
