A 268m section of Airport Drive from the Airways turnoff to the Blue Hangar turnoff is due for an upgrade. 

The 268m section of the east-bound slow lane of Airport Drive will be milled and resurfaced. 

The works are planned for the week nights (Monday – Thursday) during the week nights of Monday 21 February – Wednesday 23 February 2022.

24 hour traffic management will be in place for the duration of the works.

All east-bound traffic will be diverted to the west-bound lane which will be reduced to one lane contra flow during the night and early stages of the works. The east-bound fast lane will be opened when possible during the day.

Traffic delays are to be expected during peak hours due to only one lane available towards the airport so please allow for extra time.
